Project Assistant 60%-80%

Your tasks

• Communication with suppliers
• Monitoring of projects via Gant chart or timeline files
• Preparation of PPT and tables for project meetings and GL
• Documentation and maintenance of product database
• Taking minutes of meetings
• Independent processing of sub-projects
  
  

 Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship e.g. as a businessman/woman
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Industry experience, luxury goods or cosmetics desired
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Personal skills
• Affinity for luxury or cosmetics industry
• Quick perception as well as logical and networked thinking
• Accurate and independent work
• Team player, communicative and able to work under pressure
• Motivation to learn new things independently
